Infrared fusion (IR)

IR fusion machines are characterised by contact-free melting of the components being fused. This eliminates the possibility of contamination or the pipe faces sticking to the heater. Due to the minimal defined welding bead, there is a good flow in the fusion zone.

Weld Bead Inspection (WBI)

The WBI Tool uses advanced photosensory technology to digitally scan and analyse weld beads with high precision. It provides fast, non-destructive inspection of each joint, detecting optical irregularities and verifying weld quality in real time. This ensures consistent, high integrity connections and supports full traceability across the welding process.

Electrofusion technology utilises specialised fittings with built-in heating elements that activate through an electric current. This process ensures even heating for a seamless fusion with thermoplastic pipes, effective in challenging environments and confined spaces. Electrofusion couplers are used for the on-site installation of the last joint of the technology cooling system.
