New 1 ¼, 1 ½ & 2 IPS HDPE EF Couplings

GF Central Plastics is announcing the latest advancements in the production of small diameter high-density couplings, starting with the release the new 1 ¼, 1 ½ IPS and 2 IPS HDPE EF Couplings. This new line of couplings incorporates manufacturing enhancements aimed at streamlining the manufacturing process while maintaining the same form, fit, and function as our current range of small diameter HDPE EF couplings.

Coming soon to this line of EF couplings are sizes:

½ CTS, ¾ IPS, 1 CTS, and 1 IPS

Same form, fit and function with no changes to the:

  • Installation procedures
  • Tooling and Equipment used for installation
  • ID Resistor or Bar-code fusion capabilities
  • Current fusion times and cooling times
Coupling before and after SCRAM

Manufacturing Enhancements
