The CONNECT Store has been updated and now requires users to activate a new CONNECT Account before accessing the platform.
If you are an existing CONNECT Store user, please locate the activation email sent to your inbox and follow the instructions provided there to complete your account setup.
To access the updated CONNECT Store:
- Open your activation email
- Create your new CONNECT Account
- Verify your email address
- Access the CONNECT Store using the new login experience
Important: The activation process takes less than 5 minutes and must be completed in one session. The activation link included in your email will expire if you leave or navigate away from the registration page before finishing.
If you cannot find the activation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
