LiquidCore

Developed for mission-critical data centre environments,  LiquidCore protects cooling systems from corrosion, scaling and contamination, supporting clean, stable and energy-efficient operation. Its modular architecture and prefabrication options enable faster, more predictable installation with reduced on-site complexity. Visit GF at Data Center London 2026 to discover how over 60 years of polymer piping expertise is helping data centre operators deliver resilient, sustainable cooling infrastructure with confidence.

Direct Liquid Cooling

GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions provides clean, safe, and non-metallic thermoplastic piping systems that support AI-compatible Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) installations worldwide. Our high-performance systems PROGEF (PP-H) and SYGEF (PVDF) provide unique mechanical properties, chemical resistance, outstanding weldability, and highest resistance to thermal distortion. The engineered polymers offer exceptional attributes that ensure safe and efficient operations in data centers. As a reliable and versatile alternative to metal solutions, they have consistently demonstrated their ability to enhance operational safety.

Chilled Water Systems

Our ecoFIT (PE100) and COOL-FIT (pre-insulated PE) piping systems ensure long-lasting, high-performance cooling for chillers and condenser units, even in extreme outdoor conditions like temperature fluctuations, rain, and UV exposure. With a 25-year lifespan, they deliver reliability and efficiency. Off-site prefabrication of pump station skids allows for faster, hassle-free installation, while our lightweight plastic systems enable easy handling. Additionally, GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions provides a full range of manual and actuated valves, ensuring seamless system integration.

Advanced Engineering and Pre-Fabrication

GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is the preferred partner for OEMs, contractors and engineering firms in design and building with polymer materials. Our Proposal and Advanced Engineering team transform your designs into state-of-the-art plastic solutions. At the same time, our off-site manufacturing service helps to minimize installation time, cost overruns, skilled labor issues, and physical space limitations that are common in today's business world. Our global pre-fabrication network ensures high quality, consistency, and long-term reliability for your projects, no matter where in the world they happen to be.

Safe jointing with Infrared Welding

IR fusion machines are designed for contact-free melting of the components to be fused, eliminating the risk of contamination or the pipe faces sticking to the heater. The minimal, well-defined welding bead ensures optimal flow within the fusion zone, increasing the pipe's free passage. With the IR-63 M, GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions has enhanced the proven and reliable IR fusion method with cutting-edge technology, offering higher precision, improved efficiency, and consistent installation reliability.

Direct Liquid Cooling

Liquid cooling boosts efficiency but also raises safety concerns with pressurized water near CPUs. GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is the world's expert in high-quality pressure-bearing plastic pipe systems and has years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, offering maintenance-free and user-tailored solutions for reliable data centers.

Chilled Pumping Stations

Prefabricating pump station skids off-site with plastic pipes and valves offers significant advantages. The lightweight plastic allows large skids to be delivered and installed easily. ecoFIT PE-100, being UV and impact resistant, is ideal. GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions offers compatible manual and actuated plastic and metal valves, seamlessly integrating into the system.

Chilled Rooftop Water

Pipe systems on rooftops for chillers and condenser units are open to environmental conditions daily and seasonally with temperatures hitting -25°/-13°F to +70°C / +158°F.  Harsh temperatures and general weathering (wind, rain, UV light) create demanding conditions that can be solved by GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions PE-100 black and COOL-FIT (life-span of 25 years) .
