Please describe the project and application, including the type of system, whether it is a new installation or replacement, the LOKX sizes and fitting configurations you expect to need, and when you anticipate installation. We’d also like to understand why you’re considering LOKX and what is important for this project, such as corrosion resistance, long-term performance, installation time, or challenges you’ve experienced with other jointing methods.

Terms and Conditions

  • The provision of product under this offer shall be subject to Georg Fischer Central Plastics LLC (“GF”) General Terms and Conditions of Sales which can be found at Terms and Conditions  - Georg Fischer Central Plastics LLC
  • Approved applicants may receive up to five LOKX fittings at no cost for an approved installation.
  • Fitting sizes and configurations will be based on the approved application and product availability.
  • Promotional fittings have no cash value and may not be exchanged for other products.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the promotion.
  • Limit to first 100 customers.
  • No Purchase Necessary.

2. Approved Application

  • Applicants must provide sufficient information for GF to understand and evaluate the proposed LOKX application, including the project/application, fittings required, anticipated installation timing, and why they are interested in using LOKX.
  • Promotional fittings must be used for the application approved by GF.
  • Promotional fittings may not be resold, transferred to another project, or otherwise redistributed without prior GF approval.

3. Installation Deadline

  • All promotional LOKX fittings must be installed by June 30, 2027.
  • Participants should notify GF of any significant changes to the planned installation schedule.
  • If the installation cannot be completed within the promotional period, GF reserves the right to cancel the offer or request the return of unused promotional fittings.

4. GF Onsite Participation

  • A GF representative must be onsite at the start of the installation.
  • The participant agrees to coordinate the installation date and location with GF in advance and provide reasonable notice of schedule changes.
  • The participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission for GF personnel to access the installation site.

5. Photos, Video & Installer Feedback

  • The participant agrees to allow GF to photograph and/or record the LOKX product and installation for marketing, promotional, and training purposes.
  • The participant agrees to provide reasonable feedback regarding their installation experience with LOKX.
  • GF will use its appropriate release form to document permission for the use of identifiable individuals, company names, voices, testimonials, and other content captured during the installation.
  • GF will accommodate reasonable restrictions on what may be photographed, recorded, or identified. If the participant does not want individuals, company names, project locations, proprietary information, or other sensitive information captured or identified, GF will work within those restrictions.

6. GF Review & Approval

  • All applications are subject to GF review and approval.
  • Approval may consider the suitability of the application, requested LOKX products, anticipated installation timing, product availability, GF's ability to support the installation, and the participant's willingness to meet the promotional requirements.
  • GF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time.
