Product Evaluation

Submit a Signet Product Evaluation Request using the online form.

After submission:

1. Record your tracking number for reference.
2. Print the shipping label provided through the form.
3. Attach the shipping label to the package and return the product for evaluation.

Our service team will use the submitted tracking number and product serial number to identify and process your request.

No prior return authorization is required.
