GF Type 530 AquaTap™ Recirculating Laboratory Faucet is designed to provide constant DI fluid flow to point of use when used with the new Inline Flow Diverter (IFD). The unique design of the IFD provides high flow from the distribution main through the faucet for constant water movement. The IFD uses a slight orifice reduction to create a differential pressure imbalance which forces water through the faucet with minimal pressure loss. The system is further enhanced by using smooth bore interconnecting tubing for design flexibility and simplified piping installations. Up to three faucets can be served from a single IDF.

The GF Type 530 AquaTap™ Faucet is made from high purity PVDF, and the IFD is available in SYGEF® PVDF, PROGEF® Natural PP and PROGEF® Standard PP in either weld or sanitary clamp connections. Simple heat flaring tools make leaf-proof, minimum crevice connections between components.

Size Range:

  • d32 - d63 mm

Pressure Rating:

  • Varies by Size

Operating Temperature:

  • 0°C - 80°C (32°F - 176°F)

  • Faucet: SYGEF Polyvinylidene Fluoride
  • Accessory Products: SYGEF Polyvinylidene Fluoride,  PROGEF Natural Polypropylene, PROGEF Standard Polypropylene
No Dead-Legs

Constant flow through the faucet head and body eliminates stagnant water and inhibits organic growth.

Low Installation Costs

EThe unique IFD and tubing design eliminates the need to run rigid pipe to points of use such as beneath sinks in laboratories.

No Wetted Metal

Unlike other recirculating faucets, there are no wetted metal components to come in contact with the process water.

Continuous Flow

The Aquatap system is pre-engineered to provide continuous flow within 50 feet of the IFD. No need to calculate pressure drops and adjust throttling valves to achieve continuous flow.
