1. Eligibility
This offer is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Offer Details
The first 100 individuals who subscribe to the GF Central Plastics' email newsletter and verify their email address will receive a complimentary piece of GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions promotional swag. Limit one (1) swag item per person.
3. Verification & Fulfillment
To qualify, subscribers must:
- Successfully sign up for the GF Central Plastics (GFCP News) email newsletter.
- Verify their email address via the confirmation process provided.
- Provide a valid U.S. mailing address for delivery of the swag.
Swag will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected sign-ups due to technical errors or any other reason.
4. Shipping & Delivery
The swag will be shipped via standard mail to the verified mailing address provided by the subscriber. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost shipments once the swag has been sent.
5. Non-Transferable & No Substitutions
The swag has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for any other product or service. GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions reserves the right to replace the swag with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Modification & Termination
GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
