Philippe Cachot is Head of R&D in Sissach. Before joining GF Piping Systems, Philippe Cachot held the positions of Head of Engineering and Design at Jakob Müller, Project Manager Industrial Automation at SKF Actuation Systems, and Calculation Engineer (fluid and structural mechanics) at Helbling Technik. In all functions he was responsible for the development and optimization of mechanical and electromechanical components as well as machines. He complemented his basic training as a mechanic with studies as a mechanical engineer (product engineering), an executive master's degree in business administration (strategic management) and a CAS in digital innovation & business transformation.
