Non-corrosive solution for exhaust gas scrubber project

A clean-tech company designed an onshore scrub water treatment system for a Danish shipping company. The system handles scrub water from two new ferries that use a hybrid propulsion system (combining traditional fuel and electric battery power). These ferries are also equipped with exhaust gas cleaners (closed-loop scrubbers). The treatment facility ensures the scrub water meets strict international standards for direct discharge into the harbor. The piping system includes PROGEF PP (d40-d250) and dosing pipes made of PVC-U.
