GF has completed its acquisition of VAG-Group, Mannheim (Germany), a renowned global manufacturer of metal valves for water and infrastructure applications. Through this acquisition, GF will deliver more integrated, high-performance Flow Solutions — for the benefit of GF’s existing and future industry and infrastructure customers.

By bringing VAG’s strong valve technologies into its portfolio, GF rounds up its portfolio to infrastructure, water utilities, industrial and building technology customers.
