In-line Rotor Flow Sensors

In-line Rotor Flow Sensors offer the ability to measure opaque and transparent liquids with simple installation.

Flow through the body design of the rotor sensor provides easy access for cleaning, inspection and rotor replacement without the need for powering down. Flexibility with end connections enable flexible tubing or rigid pipe installations. The injection-molded PVDF body and ceramic bearings provide excellent chemical compatibility and long service in dosing and batching applications.

Compatibility

Sensors are compatible with the majority of GF Signet Flow instruments, including the 8900, 9900 and 9950.

Compact assembly makes for simple installation and easy servicing.

Optional extended wiring

Sensors come with standard 7.6 m (25 ft.) cables, extendable up to 300 m (1,000 ft).

Flexibility

Operating range of 0.1 to 12.11 (lpm) (0.026 to 3.2) (gpm), open-collector output and two-conductor twisted pair with shield, 22 AWG cable. Detachable electronics means sensor maintenance is possible without the need to cut power to the unit. NIST traceable test certificate included. Composed of highly chemical-resistant materials.
