SeaCor®

SeaCor® is the first plastic piping system to obtain United States Coast Guard-type approval for white, black and grey water systems.

SeaCor® piping systems are particularly suitable for white, black and grey water systems as well as vent applications in marine settings. SeaCor® complies with FTP regulations on smoke, toxicity and surface flammability regulations and is approved by the United States Coast Guard and Transport Canada.

value-bar-icon-2 Corrosion-resistant

The CPVC material is corrosion-resistant over the entire service life of the SeaCor® piping system, even in harsh maritime environments.

value-bar-icon-3 Low weight

The plastic pipes used for SeaCor® are close to five times lighter than those made of metal. This increases the payload possibilities for ships and saves energy during operation.

value-bar-icon-1 Easy to assemble

SeaCor® is joined with a two-step welding process using a special solvent cement and primer, with low VOC and improved chemical resistance for chlorinated water applications.

value-bar-icon-2 Temperature-resistant

All elements of the SeaCor® piping system are temperature-resistant to 99°C (210°F) and suitable for both cold and hot water applications.
