Type 604/605 Pneumatically Actuated Dosing Valve

The Type 604/605 Pneumatically Actuated Dosing Valve is designed for high frequency actuation and very high cycle counts.  By coupling an actuator with improved efficiency with a diaphragm with improved cycle life, Georg Fischer is able to offer an actuated dosing valve that has been successfully tested to more than 2,000,000 cycles.  All of the actuator subcomponents are thermoplastic with the exception of the spring, making it ideal for corrosive environments.  The pneumatic ports are oversized to decrease cycle time and overrun thus improving dosing accuracy.  A weep hole in the actuator bonnet allows for the quick identification of diaphragm leakage and the fully molded body allows for an impressive variety of end connection and material options.
