Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Clause:

Calorplast heat exchangers are custom products. Each exchanger is designed for a specific customer and is therefore unique to a specific application. Because of this, once we have started fabrication we can no longer re-use the fabricated portion of the heat exchanger. In the event that your purchase order is cancelled the Customer must assume financial responsibility for the heat exchangers proportional to the percent complete at the time of cancellation.
